In its Top 10 Strategic Technology Trends for 2020 report*, Gartner identifies “Hyperautomation” and “Multiexperience” as two of the top people-centric trends.  Hyperautomation is defined as “a state in which organisations use a combination of AI and ML to rapidly identify and automate all possible business processes”, whereas Multiexperience “replaces technology-literate people with people-literate technology”.  

In this new era of physical distancing and remote working, adopting these two trends to an organisation’s digital transformation agenda can increase customer and employee satisfaction and service availability while reducing costs.
